This is a hand cast Japanese war fan of my design based on historical examples. It is cast in aluminum and has a worn texture black finish. It measures 11 5/8” in total length. It is ¾ inches thick, the handle is 5 ¼ inches long and has a leather strap. It weighs about 8oz but feels heavier. It can be used for both training as well as self-defense.
